I am sending this email to your Management team on behalf of our customer Mrs. Heather Stuart regarding her positive service feedback of your Dealership. Mrs. Stuart stated that she is very happy with your service each time she comes into your Dealership. She would like to especially thank Larry and Terry for the wonderful job that the do on her vehicle. She especially like the fact that if there is going to be a delay with the service she is immediately notified by Larry or Terry . The staff is always happy and goes out of their way to make her feel comfortable. According to the customer when she brings her vehicle into the Dealership and if there is something that they noticed with her vehicle she is contacted immediately. Although the weather threatened rain, which never did materialize, a bit over 200 vehicles participated in this year’s event. Thanks to your generosity and support, we realized a profit on the day. This money has been directed towards several projects promoting the betterment of Kirkfield and surrounding area.

I have never felt safer or cooler driving any car ever. Dealing with Orillia Kia was the most pleasurable car buying experience ever. The staff are both very warm and welcoming and knowledgeable about the cars themselves, other cars I was comparing to and the entire car buying process. I am writing to express our thanks for organizing and running the charity BBQ at your location and the charity food drive at Abernethy Foodland in recognition of the National KIA Drive Change campaign.
We received 337 pounds of donated food as well as $275.55 in cash donations! Every dollar and every pound are important. Each month approximately 23,667 pounds of food is needed for our programs. Currently The Sharing Place purchases about 85% of the food that flows through our storage area into the reusable bags of our clients. Each pound and each dollar are essential for our annual food purchasing budget of $108,000.
Every day many individuals and families see their lives turned upside-down by losing their jobs, getting sick, or simple running out of ways to make ends meet with meager social assistance or EI benefits, part time wages, rising grocery costs and housing costs. During 2013, we assisted 16,456 visits to our food bank.

I came across Dean The Kia Dude quite by chance. I had my previous car less than a year and the head gasket went in it. My mom was tired of me driving her car, so I stopped in one day after work. I knew I was looking for a Soul, it was just a matter of finding the right one for me. Paul, the General Manager, helped with that when he arranaged the financing. Dean was absolutely wonderful about keeping in touch and letting me know what was going on. I finally picked up my Soul (after a very LONG 8 days!) One week later and I’ve put almost 500km on it. I don’t see myself getting rid of or trading in my Soul for a while, but if you’re looking for a vehicle, look no further than Dean Young, the Kia Dude at Orillia Kia.
Amazing experience! I’ve never seen such helpful service. My boyfriend and I were in quite a jam, and even though we weren’t there to buy a car, the staff looked after us very well and made sure we had everything we needed. They really went above and beyond!
This is not your typical dealership you are made to feel as part of the family and not just another client. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door by Melissa and is guaranteed to find whomever you may need. I had the opportunity of being assisted by Dean who worked hard; took my requests seriously of what I did and did not want on the vehicle I would buy. Dean is available from a decent hour of the morning to a decent hour in the evening answering concerns/questions you may have. Dean will work with you to get exactly what you want and there is no guff/hooey. I met with Dean & Ryan to discuss colour options, Ryan works hard into finding your first or second choose of colour. Dean and Ryan together is hilarious with impersonations and snap chat videos. Danyall who finalizes the financing reviews extended warranty , etc is very informative and thorough on additional products. Now if you are like myself who has purchased many new cars before and inform Danyall of the additional add ons you don’t want she will gladly skip over them which is appreciated. Few sides notes: Dean enjoys a medium ice cap made with chocolate milk, Ryan enjoys fast food and sweets, & Melissa enjoys a plan donut. Of course a dozen donuts is always a good idea!!
I had a great experience when I bought my Kia Soul last year and have found the service department to be very nice and quick when I’ve gone for oil changes and for winter/summer tire changes. Love my Kia.
What can I say, I have been to many Dealerships and have purchased many cars but the experience I had when I met Dean Young at Orillia Kia was without question a cut above! I always felt comfortable with Dean throughout the whole purchase of my 2017 KIA Sorento and anytime I had a question Dean answered in a timely matter…. Even on his day off smh! I will definitely refer Dean and the team at Orillia Kia to all of my friends and family and look forward to being a customer for the long haul! The Niro is SO COOL!
I had a wonderful experience at Kia buying my second vehicle, but first new car! It’s been so long since I bought a vehicle, I didn’t know what to expect at this point. I went to two other dealerships and drove two other brands of cars. But the Kia Niro was the most fun, and, as a salesperson, Dean is incredible! He is knowledgeable, helpful, and diligent. He really takes the time to go through all of the information about the car. On the day I test drove it, he went through all of the features, and then spent over an hour going through it again when I picked it up so I was comfortable with my new vehicle. That is amazing service that doesn’t happen everywhere. I know that when I bought my first car, I didn’t have nearly as thorough support. I know that if I have any questions, Orillia Kia will be there because all of the employees were helpful, knowledgeable, and really listened to my needs. I thoroughly recommend Orillia Kia, and I love my new Niro. It feels like luxury, but I also know I’m not killing the planet, which is so exciting. I can’t wait for winter to use the heated seats and steering wheel! It’s going to make the snowy, Orillia winters way more enjoyable! Thanks, everyone at Orillia Kia for all of your help, but especially, Dean for such a fantastic experience.
