This is the Next Generation of the Kia Seltos

Kia Seltos

The Kia Seltos will receive an extensive refresh for the 2024 model year, which means that the first units of this modernized version of the popular sub-compact SUV will be available towards the end of 2023.

A re-imagined appearance

The next generation of the Kia Seltos will feature an exterior style that blends modern elements and distinctive design cues that will make it instantly recognizable as a Seltos. This means a redesigned front end that features a larger grille and front and rear bumpers that have different brightwork patterns. One of the most distinctive features of the current Seltos is its headlamps that extend to the middle of the grille and this will also be the case on the new model, in a slightly different execution. At the rear, a new light bar will replace the individual taillamps, which will make it look more like other Kia models such as the new Sportage and the Carnival.

A completely new dashboard

The biggest change on the next Kia Seltos will be the arrival of an entirely new dashboard that is inspired by the new Sportage and the EV6. By combining two large screens in a single panel that stands up from the dashboard, the new Seltos displays a much more modern interior that highlights the numerous technologies that help connectivity and convenience. The fully digital instrument cluster will also be a first in the Seltos lineup and another way in which it will move closer to other recent Kia models.

The same practicality

Since the Kia Seltos will keep the same body shape after its refurbishment, it will be able to offer the same level of practicality as the current model, which means up to 753 litres of cargo space behind the rear seats, which can fold to then reveal up to 1,778 litres of space. Since the Seltos has a relatively boxy shape, its cargo area can easily hold bulky items that might have trouble fitting in a larger vehicle that has a lower roofline.
